Pier Paolo Pavanello

Pier Paolo Pavanello is a member of the Brussels bar since 2021, he specialises in corporate income tax and reorganisations, of companies and international organisations.

Pier Paolo has a special focus on cross-border tax planning and corporate migrations and tax planning..

He has a Master's Degree in Law with a focus on Corporate Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (2017) and an Executive Master in Tax Management and a Certificate in International Tax from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université Libre De Bruxelles (2019).

After a stint with the Brussels Region, Pier Paolo joined the Brussels Bar in 2021 ; he joined Cabinet David in 2022.

He has experience in advising companies in an international context. He assists clients in all matters relating to holding and financing structures. HIs practice covers acquisitions and reorganisations and tax due diligence .

Pier Paolo assists and represents clients in tax audits and tax litigation.
