Melody Nele

Melody Nele is a member of the Brussels bar since 2018, she specialises in personal taxation and private wealth planning.

Melody has a Master's Degree in Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2017), a further degree in tax law from the Fiscale Hogeschool (2018). She is taking a furhter Master's Degree in Notary Studies from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (2023).

Melody has a special focus on retirement planning, cross-border tax planning and the taxation of financial instruments.

She has considerable experience in advising entrepreneurs and their companies in an international context. She assists clients in all matters relating to their activities and their holding and financing structures.

Melody regularly assists clients in tax audits and tax litigation matters. She pleads before all courts.
