M&A
While we do not have a Mergers and Acquisitions practice, we are regularly asked to advise on the international tax aspects of M&A carried out by colleagues in other law firms who lack the specific expertise.
With them we carry out cross border due diligence investigations, we work out adequate solutions for complex transactions and we structure the financing of the transactions.
We support the team negotiating the M&A transaction with Belgian and international tax advice, and we advise on pre- and post-acquisition reorganisations, investments and disinvestments.
